Katelyn
Administrator
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I am proud to serve as the Administrator at Birch. I completed my Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program here a little over two years ago and stepped into the Administrator role just over a year ago. Birch has truly become my home away from home. My passion has always been helping others, doing what is right for our residents, and ensuring they have the opportunity to live their best lives every day. I am incredibly proud of the dedicated, compassionate team we have built together, and I believe that our commitment to providing exceptional care is what makes Birch such a special place. If you ask anyone around the facility, they'll probably tell you I'm also known for my ever-growing shoe collection! My love of shoes is just one of the many ways I like to bring a little fun and personality to the workplace while creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff.

I’ve been here for thirty-seven and a half years. My joy is to create and perform appropriate Activities for many residents with varied backgrounds.
